CONFIRMATION OF SPACE AND SETTLEMENT
Thank you for selecting the Corvette Diner for your party! Parties are considered definite when we receive your signed contract. Any contract not received by 9:00pm on the due date will expire and the hold on your date will be forfeited. All payments are due at the end of your event in full. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the party to avoid being charged a $300.00 cancellation fee.
Available Party Days/Times
Monday – Thursday: 11:30am – 1:30pm / 2:00pm – 4:00pm / 4:30pm – 6:30pm / 7:00pm – 9:00pm
Friday – Sunday: 11:30am – 1:30pm / 2:00pm – 4:00pm / 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Parties are a Maximum of 2 hours from your Scheduled Start Time.
Your party space must be vacated at your scheduled end time.
If available, additional time may be purchased for a fee of $500.00 per hour.
Service Charge and Sales Tax
Food and beverage minimums do not include service charge and applicable sales tax. All food and beverage prices are subject to a taxable 23% service charge and applicable sales tax. Please note that the 23% service charge is taxable based on California state regulation 1603(f).
Confirmation of Attendance – Due 5 Days Prior
Confirmation, as to the number of Guests to be served, is the sole responsibility of the engager. Once the guarantee is received, it may be increased (subject to availability of space), but cannot be decreased. All charges will be based upon the guarantee or the actual number of Guests served, if greater than the guarantee.
A minimum of one supervising adult is required per eight kids or teens. Supervising adults and their Guests may order off the regular Corvette Diner menu and one check will be issued.
Decorations and Dress Code
Nothing may be placed on the walls or hung from the ceiling. No flip-flops please.
